Your company has never not increased my rate, so for some stupid reason I keep coming back. Not any more. 5 star rating down to a 1. Bravo!!! You will blame it on market increases for the area but never have my rates ever gone down because of market decreases. Once they get you in there, your rates will go up....and that's a 100% guarantee!
