    I don’t usually leave reviews like this because I understand everyone can have a bad day. However, this has been an ongoing issue for over a year in the garden center. There is one cashier in particular who consistently creates an uncomfortable experience. I’m choosing not to name her, but she is the only staff member I’ve had issues with. All of the other cashiers have been wonderful and pleasant to interact with. Unfortunately, when checking out with this employee, there is often cursing, berating comments, or visible frustration over very minor inconveniences. Simple things like scanning a plant that’s slightly out of reach or correcting an unmarked sale item are met with scolding or comments about not having time to deal with it. It makes the customer feel like an inconvenience rather than someone being helped. I genuinely enjoy shopping in the garden center and have had many positive experiences there, but interactions with this cashier consistently turn what should be a pleasant visit into a negative one. I now actively try to avoid her line, and that shouldn’t be necessary. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.

    Over the past week I have had the opportunity to visit the Lowe's store on Little Road a couple of times. The folks that work here are very friendly, but two of the employees that should be recognized by management for their customer service are Emma E. and Danielle E. They are a real plus to this store and to the Lowe's organization.
