- JNJust A Generic NameNov 25, 20251.0Abysmal customer service. I entered around 3pm on 11/24/25. No greetings. Shopped for 45 minutes, passing immediately by 4 employees. No greetings. The only employees remotely pleasant and welcoming, was the young, blonde cashier at the front counter. Although, one would expect that position to be pleasant. I've visited several other locations, the Land O Lakes location being the friendliest and most helpful. Welsey Chapel needs to do better. At least the restroom was clean (looking at you Zephyrhills)
