We sorted stuff in the parking lot. Some items did not ring properly. We went back in. There were 2 girls chatting up front. I asked where I go to fix it. The one girl very nice said she'd help us. The other girl didn't acknowledge us or her co-worker. Just keep an eye on your final price.

However, recently I bought a piece of wall decor, and it needed minor repair, so the cashier sent me back to the frame counter for assistance. I don't know what this lady's deal was, but she had the worst attitude from the start of my request. I went there for assistance because a piece of their merchandise that I bought was missing the dust cover. Not a huge deal to stick a new dust cover on the back. She had the most unwilling attitude and when she was almost done putting the new cover on, she accidentally tore the cover herself and had to start all over! Which then led her to have even LESS patience than she did before. I told her forget it, that I would be fine without the dust cover. If she had been patient with herself and had a better attitude overall, she probably could've put the dust cover on just fine. I was going to report her attitude to a manager and share my experience, but there wasn't a manager around.
