My Hayward pool heater needed service, and this team did a fantastic job. As a Hayward authorized service provider, they diagnosed the error code and went above and beyond to try to get the repair covered under warranty. When it turned out the issue required a licensed HVAC vendor, they helped locate a Hayward-recommended service provider to keep everything moving. Truly excellent, end-to-end customer service and support. Highly recommend!

Hired PWP to maintain my pool and here’s how the first week went. “We will call you Monday to let you know which day our technician will come this week” no call on Monday. I called on Tuesday. They called back Wednesday to let me know technician would be out Thursday. Thursday: no technician, but received a call apologizing as they were a man down. “Tomorrow for sure sir”. Friday…nothing until I called at about 2:30pm. “Sir, your technician will definitely be there today..they sometimes work until 5:30…you will get a text as soon as he is dispatched”…no one ever showed nor did I get a call back. Tomorrow, needless to say, I am hiring a new pool company. Things happen, but poor communication and empty promises are a killer in the service business.

My pool heater broke down the day before my 3 grandboys arrived. Found Pure Water Pools on the internet. Called them and they actually came out the next day to repair the heater. Based on this excellent service during the Christmas holiday period I decided to move both my pool cleaning and repair to Pure Water Pools. Great privately held family company with awesome associates and owners.

"I recently had Pure Water Pools of Naples out for a filter service call, and I couldn't be happier with the results. We had a small leak that effecting the flow rate of our filter. Mr. Atkinson arrived right on time and was incredibly professional. They did a thorough examination to find the leak and repaired it, and even took a few minutes to explain some preventative maintenance tips to help extend the life of our equipment. Since the service, our pump is running much more quietly, the water circulation has improved significantly, and the pool looks sparkling clean. It’s a huge relief knowing the system is running efficiently again. I highly recommend Pure Water Pools of Naples for anyone needing reliable pool equipment maintenance.

Unbelievable! Mike came to repair my pool heater. While inspecting the heater came across a very large SNAKE! It was camped out on the very bottom. He fixed the issue wouldn’t leave until he got that snake out!!

Frequently Asked Questions About Pure Water Pools of Naples

What are the essential pool cleaning tools and equipment every pool owner should have?

The essential pool cleaning tools and equipment every pool owner should have include a pool skimmer, pool brush, pool vacuum, pool test kit, and a telescopic pole. These tools help in maintaining a clean and healthy swimming environment by removing debris, scrubbing the walls and floor, testing water chemistry, and reaching difficult areas during cleaning.

How often should pool filters be cleaned?

The frequency of pool filter cleaning depends on the type of filter and the pool usage. Generally, it is recommended to clean cartridge filters every 4-8 weeks and backwash sand filters when the pressure gauge indicates an increase of 8-10 psi above the normal operating pressure. For diatomaceous earth (DE) filters, backwashing and replacing the DE powder are typically required when the pressure rises by 8-10 psi as well. However, these intervals may vary based on the pool's size, bather load, and environmental factors.
