  Supervisor Sal responded to my request to remove algae. Sal did a super job, explained the issue and took care of everything. I hope he returns on a regular basis!

  Extremely disappointed in Naples Pool Service. Technician has left our pool dirty more times that I can count, and has also left the pool fence open multiple times (we have little kids around). Last week he left even though the pool still had lots of debris throughout. I called mgt to cancel my service; they would not refund the remaining amount for the month but assured me they would send another tech to take care of service the rest of this month. Today the tech showed up and it was the SAME guy! He said he couldn't clean my pool last week because "the vacuum wouldn't charge" (but then he went over to my deceased neighbor's home where no one is living to "clean" theirs). We were still charged regardless. Terrible service and customer service.
