Shout out to Vinelson A. - Sales Specialist in the Appliance Department at Lowe's Home Improvement on 6415 Naples Blvd in Naples Florida. After days of researching fridges and stoves I walked into the store feeling over whelmed, but Vinelson made the whole process easy. He listened, showed me great options in my price range and even looked into extra savings since I was buying 2 appliances. Super patient, and helpful it was clearly noticeable that Vinelson is someone who takes pride in what he does. Because his professionalism, leadership and dedication clearly stood out. When you're shopping for appliances definitely ask for Vinelson!! You will be getting one of the very best !!

Bought a brand new Whirlpool WTW8127LC washer almost $1k from Lowe’s — installed it last week, used it ONE time, and it completely died (no power). Checked electrical panel and tested the outlet all working properly. Just no power on the actual washer.
Lowe’s told me to get an Return Authorization from Whirlpool, but Whirlpool said they only issue those to retailers. Lowe’s then refused to call Whirlpool themselves and just sent me in circles.
On top of that, I was told I only had a 48-hour return window because I didn’t use a Lowe’s credit card — even though the unit failed after one use. And was still under 30 days old from the original order date and delivery.
Now they’re trying to force a repair on a brand new defective washer. Terrible experience — do not buy high-priced appliances from Lowe’s. They will only help you if you owe them money on their store card otherwise they have no motivation to help their customers unless they are double dipping into their pockets!

BEWARE. I would not recommend getting countertops from Lowes. I paid for my countertop project in full and from south Naples they sent me to Sarasota to pick out a TajMahal stone. Only one wasn’t cloudy or had rust veins. I chose the one that was decent, however, on Saturday Caeserstone can not bring the stone into daylight for a better view which would have been good to know prior to a 3 hours each way drive.
Well that stone arrives at the fabricator also in Sarasota and I was informed it isn’t fully polished and has dull patches that are not shiny. So I had to reject that stone.
Here is where the problem for all customers will become insane. YOU are given no other options but to get one of those stones.
You will have to deal with the Lowe’s Customer Solution Center that is an American Express customer service one call Lowe’s the next and who ever else after that. They are will not understand or know how to help you and I don’t believe they are even in the country. This is where the kitchen manager directed me and in his presence I left a voice mail. The next business day I get an email from Lowe’s telling me my project is COMPLETE and CLOSED.
I went into the store again today and while another manager tried to help me it fell back to the same manager who sent me to the 877 phone number.
Understand that once you pay Lowe’s you are sent over the Bridge, as the kitchen manager said, and it is out of their hands.
If you’re going to spend ten of thousands of dollars don’t do it at Lowe’s. You will definitely regret your decision. The stone is on sale because Caeserstone who Lowe’s contracts with have substandard material they want to unload.
I chose Lowe’s because I thought they were reputable and would stand behind their projects. I was greatly mistaken. That is not the case at all.
I am just hoping for a full refund after 6 weeks of my time.
Shame on you Lowe’s!!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
