She looked up our order and she actually suggested that the problem may be the driver, since all three of the bulbs weren't working. The light has an integrated lighting system, so no light bulbs. She had her service person come out and sure enough that was it, he took it back to their shop, fixed it, and within a few weeks he brought it back to us and hung it. Both of them were most helpful. It's nice to see that they stand behind their products. We'd certainly recommend using them for your lighting needs.
