  I recently visited the Fuse office in Naples as a beginning step to remodel a home. The showroom is ideal to compare and contrast the appliances. The staff were most helpful and professional. I am grateful to have met Deon Gary who with patience and expertise guided me throughout the process. A terrific experience so far!!!

  Available to support anytime and quickly got me a great match for my dying microwave. The installation team was courteous amd knowledgable. One point on the installation though...It seemed they needed to do a great deal of drilling. They cleaned up afterwards but when we turned on the fan that evening there was saw dust flying out the bottom of the machine (primarily through the filter screens). We took the filters out, used a home vac to enter the microwave, and eventually cleared the sawdust out. FYI

  Wonderful service starting with The salesman I spoke to on a Wednesday who had my icemaker in dishwasher to my house by Monday. The install team was amazing and courteous and got here at 8 o’clock on the dot and was basically done by 9:30 with both appliances. I will come back to this company always for all my needs.

  Thanks to Bruce Cohen and his great support team for another seamless purchase/delivery/installation. The communication from start to finish was exemplary. Especially appreciated the day-of-delivery text message with tracking of our delivery. It made meeting the driver very easy. I plan to use Fuse again and would highly recommend them.
