Unfortunately, I was unable to access my new storage unit and transfer my belongings today due to the driveway being blocked but she was extremely kind and put my mind at ease as it related to transferring my items. I’ve had storage units for almost a decade at this location and they always do the right thing and are so helpful. Wanted to mention Tracey who has been amazing to work with as well. Great customer service and such nice people.
