  Cathy, Many thanks for this and for all the time spent with Anne and I. We have decided to purchase a cushion less set that we found at another store. This seems to be a better option for our circumstances, given the outdoor environment. We had an extremely positive experience with you and Zing. The decision was purely related to our situation and in no way reflects on you, the store or the product.   During the time it took to get our new pool was installed, we looked around extensively for the right furniture. We stopped in the Zing Store on the corner of Colonial & Rt 41 in Fort Myers. Susie was our contact. She listened, suggested, and after discussing patiently waited for the job to get finished. When the project was finished, Zing delivered our furniture and we couldn’t be happier. Susie wasn’t a sales person, she was a design partner that acted like we were all making the decisions for her own home. Thanks Susie for a wonderful shopping experience. Scott Crerar

  It was a real pleasure doing business with Felicia Macchi at the North Naples store. We highly recommend her. She’s hard-working, polite and pleasant, attentive to detail, and knowledgeable about products and design. Good customer service needs to be recognized! We literally walked into Zing just to look around. It was our first stop out to look for lanai furniture and although I truly believe one needs at least 3 options before deciding, Felicia made us feel so comfortable with our selection that we really didn’t feel the need to keep going. So unlike us! Looking forward to delivery and enjoying our selections.

  Awesome selection, great staff (thanks Sheri!) and they work with you to understand your needs and provide the best solution. I did some comparison shopping and am thrilled with my purchase from Zing!! It pays to give them a visit.
