My problem is not with the store, it is with Tempur-Pedic supply and delivery. As I sit here writing this revue, it has been 8 days since I purchased my new mattress and no mattress. It will be 9 more days before it is delivered for a total of over 2 weeks from purchase of mattress to delivery of mattress. This is very unacceptable to me.

One week in, first person that said he was manager committed to call same day, no call. End of the week, a different person that said he was manager could not give details. Finally went into the store, met third person who was actually manager. Was finally told that the mattress was not yet made. Very poor communication.

Her friendly attitude and product knowledge made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate her professionalism and care — highly recommend asking for her if you visit!
