We did encounter a manufacturer issue with one of the pieces, but Alex handled it immediately and professionally. His quick response and commitment to making things right truly set him apart. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and we couldn’t be more impressed. There was a mix up with delivery but customer service is very responsive and our issue was taken care of quickly with courteous care. Many of the consignment stores in the area can display less than acceptable items at a premium price. Surroundings has a great selection of furniture appropriately priced.
