    I went to buy a large indoor palm and could not carry it. I found a worker named Alfonzo who dropped what he was doing to fully assist me including check out and carrying the plant to my car. He offered to even go grab paper to protect the car. WOW. I’m a Lowe’s interior design Pro, he was outstanding!

    Greg in the Garden Center definitely gets 5 stars. I bought a Christmas tree several weeks ago; he helped me pick out a great one plus he trimmed the trunk, wrapped it up and put it in my car, all with holiday kindness and spirit. I really appreciated it but didn't write a review. Yesterday I went back to Lowe's to get several indoor plants and he was there. He helped me pick out three great plants and again, was extremely good natured and helpful. This time I'm writing a review because it seems to me that sometimes people put in the time and effort to complain but not as many do for excellent customer service, (though there are a good number of positive reviews below).

    Horrible experience. Supposedly have seven doors of what I need. Only one and they can't find them on hold with a manager. Asking if they could find the door I told her what I needed and she had no idea what I was talking about. On hold for twenty minutes for them to still give me an I don't know.Answer from the day before

    Lowes and Rene in the Appliance Department to the rescue! I had purchased a washer and dryer a few weeks ago from the competition, they then the night before delivery decided I would need to wait for January to get the delivery. In other words they sold the washer and dryer I purchased weeks ago to someone else. Lowes and Rene said they had 50+ in stock and could do delivery and haul away the next day. Total blessing for my family! The price matched and the manager who did the override was awesome when I explained the whole situation! The employees here really care!!! Thank You LOWES! Thank You Rene, Thank you Carlos!

    Where do I start....the guy at the Customer Service counter had absolutely no personality whatsoever, and made me feel like he was doing me a favor. There was 1 other customer in the entire store at 7pm in December.....the store was empty. The items I looked at were way overpriced. $30 for a small Christmas pillow? Christmas lights are almost twice as much as Walmart. I will not go back. They are now selling items from Petco, and random men's clothing? The whole thing is very strange.
