- AAaltaratz1 day ago1.0I wish I could give this zero stars. This place is absolutely predatory. My wife rented a unit in this location and with this company 10 years ago and what I found out is that their corporate policy used to raise prices something like twice a year and you’re only notification is a piece of certified mail. You are essentially on a one month contract and they can raise prices on you whenever, and they do. Our initial monthly cost was on the order of $100 a month and by the time I realized what was going on they were charging almost $500 a month to us. Absolutely outrageous for a 10 X 10 storage unit. I called the corporate office and tried to get the district manager that runs this and other locations in Collier County and no one ever called me back and I was completely ignored. We moved five or six times since she opened the storage unit up and the certified mail never got to us. Admittedly, we should’ve kept a closer eye on the monthly bill that was hitting the credit card, but you don’t expect a company like this to have a limitless ceiling on pricing and put the onus on you to negotiate your twice a year price increases down. I wouldn’t get a storage unit in this place ever again… There’s plenty of local mom and pop storage places that have much more reasonable pricing schemes, price ceilings longer contracts. Stay away!
