- HKHolly KoontzFeb 17, 20261.0The place needs a complete overhaul, it’s full of toxicity including the buildings and the staff. After 3 years as a loyal customer, they’ve lost my business. I was hopeful when Tracy became manager but she is consistently stressed, unavailable and seems to have given up on the place. The office assistant Kasey is the rudest, most unprofessional, god awful person, not sure how he’s still employed. The units are extremely overpriced, consistently falling apart from the dry wall, to electrical issues, nails in tires, and most recently finding fiberglass in my unit. So, I’ve removed the 5 star review Tracy asked me to post and replaced it with a real review. I stayed here out of pure convenience for business purposes but it is 100% worth being inconvenienced to rent at a clean, safe, drama-free facility than to stay here another day. Save yourself the hassle and a ton of money and rent elsewhere!
