I had the best experience with Jose and Jessica. I recently moved and my washer broke during the move. Needed one badly. Both Jose and Jessica had a washer and dryer delivered to me within 2 hrs. Now that's excellent service. Would recommend đź’Ż %

I am beyond furious with Aaron’s Naples company. Their customer service is absolutely appalling—rude, disrespectful, and downright harassing. They have harassed us relentlessly by banging aggressively on our door at all hours of the day, sometimes multiple times in a row. It’s intrusive, aggressive, and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they’ve called us dozens of times, despite the bill being paid on time . When I finally tried to speak with them calmly, they were insanely disrespectful. I had called because of a situation and, because my name isn’t on the account, one of their employees arrogantly told me I wasn’t their customer and then hung up on me in a rude, dismissive manner. The manager Jose is extremely hostile and disrespectful. What’s even more infuriating is that they threatened the 15 year old minor who was home alone that they were to continue banging on the door all day and refused to leave my property unless they manage to contact the person whose name is on the account. This is harassment—plain and simple. Their entire approach is completely unprofessional, aggressive, and downright abusive. I will never use their services again, and I strongly advise others to stay far away. This level of disrespect and harassment is unacceptable in any business. They need to be held accountable for their disgusting behavior.

The Aaron’s Furniture in Naples, FL location has been unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional. Their employees come to our home banging aggressively on the door at random hours, sometimes early in the morning or late at night. The knocking is so loud and forceful that it scares everyone in the house, including the kids. Even after being told my father isn’t home, they continue to demand that we call him at work, saying things like “get him on the phone or we’re not leaving.” It’s completely unacceptable to treat customers this way — especially when they know they’re speaking to women and children who have nothing to do with the account. It feels intimidating and inappropriate, and no family should have to experience that kind of harassment in their own home. To make things worse, the manager, Jose, was extremely rude over the phone. When I called on my father’s behalf to try and resolve the issue, he cut me off, said I “wasn’t his customer,” and hung up on me. That kind of attitude from management says everything about how this location is run. We also informed them in advance that we were moving and would no longer have access to the property, yet they refused to pick up the couch and told us we had to deliver it to them — even though they’ve shown up unannounced multiple times before. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy is unreal. This location needs serious attention from corporate. The aggressive visits, the way they speak to people, and the total disregard for boundaries are unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
