  I went there to purchase a few items of furniture. When I got home, i was looking at the picture of the bed I bought on their website. In fine print, it says bed slats not included (salesman failed to inform me of this fact). I called the store thinking they would make it right. They informed me the slats are approximately 25 percent of the cost of the bed. When I instructed them to cancel the bed, I was told to go to Ikea to buy slats! The bed was canceled. Now its months later and I received an email stating my items were ready for delivery and to call the store. I called and was referred to their delivery department in Miami who doesnt answer the phone. Neither does customer service. Never buy from here. The salesman was right in one aspect- go to Ikea and save thousands of dollars. Another expensive store with crappy service. Now to figure out how to get my order delivered. Avoid at all costs
