    Stopped to pick up large bag of dry dog food today which was located on bottom shelf close to garden center. Outside of bag was covered with mouse turds which I touched as pulling out bag. Tried to check another bag deep behind it and was in same gross condition. Employee said those were the only bags they had of that brand. Disgusting-older people or children could also Come in contact with that filth;let alone bring that filth into my home and feed my dog

    OK, so my fridge died completely and they found me one that I could put in the very next day just measure three times make sure that machine works and fits and also if you have a copper pipe change it before they show up it’s about 250 bucks to change the pipe to a vinyl one, but if you have a copper pipe fix that before you get the refrigerator because they will not hook it up at all, they can’t they won’t so just be aware of that.

    Worst location anywhere!!! Product never in right spot. Takes manager 20 min to come to front of store. Huge sales without any actual items. This location is always terrible.

    Apparently I am not alone in my disappointment with Lowes 48 hour return policy on power tools. I purchased a paint sprayer which we ended up not needing for our project. I attempted to return the sprayer which was unopened and in its original packaging with a receipt, only to be advised of the 48hour return policy. 12/3/25 update Lowes customer service team responded to my review saying they wanted to “help out and ensure you’re taken care of” I called the number they advised- but the customer service representative was not helpful. Instead of helping they simply repeated the 48hour return policy and the decision would depend on the local store. I suggested that if a refund was out of the question . At least issuing a store credit would be acceptable/ but she responded that there was nothing she could do and pointed me back to the policy posted on their website. So why was I directed to call if that was all I’d get a copy of the policy and no resolution? I’m left more frustrated than before. Their “thank you for bringing this to our attention” felt like lip service. As of now - no refund, no credit, no resolution, just wasted time.
