Bought a washer never worked and because I called after 48 hrs they said that Lowe’s has nothing to do with it. All the so called Mgn did nothing but give I don’t care responses even after I paid for the extended warranty and 1,200. Don’t ever buy something from there bc there warranty r scams to just make more money. Maytag is doing nothing but sending out service tech s and refusing to replace unit.. this has been a complete nightmare. Don’t ever buy something from this company bc everything is about there money and not customer service

I went into this lowes on 441 Mt Dora, an employee started using a blower to clear all the isles from dust in the garden area. I told him to please stop until I completed my shopping for a hose and a hose reel as I was breathing in all the dust he was lifting into the air. With the worst attitude, the kid with glasses, an earing, long black hair who did not give me his name and did not have a name tag, told me he was not going to stop because he only followed directions from his manager and was not going to lose his job because I did not want him to blow the isles from dust as he was instructed to do. I went to customer service and they spoke to a manager named Chad. Chad completely ignored the complaint and went on strolling the isles inside the store and never addressed the situation. I just walked out and went to home depot to buy the hose reel and new hose. This was today Saturday close to 8pm. I know multibillion dollar companies can go on and do not need my 200 dollar purchase. Even tho the employees attitude was one of the worst I have experienced in the store, the true incompetent employee is Chad the manager whos customer service skills are down the toilet. I also went ahead and ordered from Home Depot 5k in materials for my homes fencing and discarded the quote I had from Lowes fot this project due to the poor customer experience I had tonight. Chad, you should be working somewhere were you dont need to have contact with customers.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
