  I started with a small unit, and moved to a larger one, both units were clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely rent again in the future.

  I was looking for a place to store both of my Sea-Doo’s and this place had a unit that was just big enough which was a 12 x 20 unit. I was able to store them in this unit with no problem. Also I still had enough room to store other things in there as well. They were very accommodating and actually took me to the unit so I could measure for the correct fit. I would highly recommend this place for storage. Thanks for having what I needed.

  I booked an outside lot to store my boat on 4/27/25 for a monthly rate of $32.79 minus the first month a little higher for fees. That continued for 5 months then rate was bumped up to $62.47 per month. Still not bad so no complaints on my end. Well, come 5 months later I get a notification they are doubling it again! Not even a year. When I called and asked why, I was told rates go up and I’ll just have to get use to it. Mind you this place could use a serious facelift and upkeep so clearly in those 10 months I didn’t see any investment towards the property or security that could maybe even give some sort of meaning to rate increase. Only thing I did see was a decrease in availability which is good for business. But, speaks volume as to why else would they raise rates now? I rent from another storage facility in the area for my truck and trailer and use that one regularly when I come home on the weekends and I couldn’t be more grateful. Clean, convenient, updated security systems, and possibly expanding. Never once raised our rates and a buddy has parked his truck and trailer there even longer than I have. Will rates go up? YES for sure. And that’s up to the establishment to make that call. But, to start off paying $32 a month to $112 in just a 10 months time span? Make it make sense..

  This storage facility was the cheapest and closest to our house but I recently got a notice that our rates are doubling. A spot I paid $20/month I will now be charged $40.51 /month I accepted the poor quality of the parking lot and lack of spot markings, lines, dilapidated vehicles, gravel, campers and vehicles not correctly parked or in the incorrect spots, the gate is continuously broken and left open with lack of security the list can go on. I haven't had any issues and had greatly appreciated all the help and concern from the employees but the increase in monthly cost doesn't show in the facilities amenities. It is a shame, hopefully something changes for the better. **edit the gate is working regularly now**
