Customer service has become non existent at this store. 3 weeks ago we order mulch and several types of soil. It came neatly on a pallet which they loaded onto our truck. Then the following week we ordered rock and more mulch. It was thrown onto a cart. My husband asked customer if for help to load since it wasn't on a pallet. Lady shrugged and said no not her problem. Now we've ordered a dishwasher. 4 hrs after ordering we show up to see what's taking so long to pull our order. 2 ladies at customer service desk look at each other and ask each other do you know how to do this? More insult was 3 boys (early 20s) all standing around the desk asking each other and laughing I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing do you? There's no management and clearly no trained employees here. You've lost our business! And don't bother posting your copy and paste apology to my review. That doesn't fix horrible service.

I like shopping at Lowe's and their customer service is usually very good. However the other day on the way home I stop by several places trying to find a new washing machine as mine has just gone out. Lowe's was running a sale through April 1st. I went in and was prepared to buy one but the salesperson was tied up with a couple and they were all showing each other pictures of their dogs to each other. I waited around for about 10 minutes and then finally left. I went over to home Depot and spent $800 on a washing machine there.

Never got my online order. Reported it and never got a call back. All my orders are going to wrong house. Still no refund. No phone call back from Lowe’s. Was told they’d call back over a week ago.

We had the best experience at Lowe’s thanks to Brian Sr and the team! We were working on a huge project and Brian Sr went above and beyond to help us find everything we needed. He didn’t just point us in the right direction — he personally walked to different aisles with us, made helpful recommendations, and gave us great advice that made our project so much easier.
Brian Sr and Rodney even helped us push our very full carts to the front of the store, which meant so much considering how many materials we had. That level of hands-on customer service is rare and truly appreciated.
Zach was amazing as well! He was incredibly polite and joyfully helped us load a large amount of materials without hesitation. His positive attitude made the whole experience even better.
Hands down the best Lowe’s experience we’ve ever had. Exceptional service from start to finish!
