Very upset about store's apparent return policy change. Unable to return $22 item as its been over 90 days. Original packaging, perfect condition. I've spent tens of thousands here over last 10 + years as a homeowner. I will now be switching back to their competitor just for the inconvenience and lack of business judgement. I certainly understand retail stores needing to cut fraud and theft, but this is ridiculous. Bad business practice! Happy Holidays to you, too!
