Jennifer was amazing showing us all the options and making it easy to find what we needed, verifying we would have a signal at our unit and getting the lease completed in fast fashion. Sara also in the office, offered any assistance we may need in the future. Thank you ladies!

The cost is good as well with the 4 month promotion. My complaint was the map of the premises wasn’t sent in any of the emails. Felt like a Lab rat trying to find the unit. No physical signage on any entry, Besides the Office. Thank goodness I am observant and saw a toilet sign. There was a glitch with the download of the app. When I tested the system thru the app on my brand new phone the notification said the signal was out of range. We were standing in front of the elevator. When I called on. a Sunday, I got all automated responses and only permitted leaving messages. Went back to the storage building, found the office ( which was closed. Usually people schedule self moving on Saturday and/or Sunday.) Finally called the technical dept from a QR code. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then all worked. I am usually savvy of this stuff. Too many neglected factors in the emails. If this helps anyone else. Great!!
