Currently at the Kendall and 137 Ave. Miami store, waiting more than 1 hour for a cash refund of an order delivery THEY messed up! Its over $2,500. worth, their system and form of functioning is ridiculous!! Extremely frustrating and upsetting.

I visited the store on March 30, 2026, to compare prices for the products I needed to renovate my kitchen. Earlier, I had gone to a nearby Best Buy, where unfortunately no one was available to assist me.
Later that evening, around 8:30 PM, I went to Lowe’s and received outstanding assistance from Leo in the appliance department. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, patient in showing me each option, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the comparison process.
Within minutes, Leo understood exactly what I was looking for and advised me in the best possible way. He gave me his full attention and helped me confidently choose and purchase six products. What impressed me most was his patience and dedication, especially considering it was almost closing time. He never made me feel rushed.
Leo also guided me on how to take full advantage of the sale pricing and even helped me understand the rebate options. I originally came in only to compare prices, but because of the exceptional customer service I received from Leo, I ended up purchasing everything from Lowe’s.
He is truly amazing — someone you can genuinely trust when buying appliances.
I only wish I had been able to complete the survey on the receipt, but unfortunately it was valid for only 7 days. It would be wonderful if the survey period could remain open for at least 30 days.
Most importantly, I sincerely hope Leo is recognized for his excellent attitude, outstanding customer service, and deep product knowledge.

It's really a pleasure to visit this store! It's ginormous, well lit & laid out, neat, clean, and organized. There's really helpful staff like Leo in Appliances, and Marco in Kitchen Cabinets that also seem honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. As a Wedding and Event DJ in Miami, South Florida, Key Largo, Islamorada, the Florida Keys, and Southwest Florida, I really appreciate good hospitality and knowledgeable, helpful staff! Thank you! Prices seem reasonable and there were many items on sale. You should come experience this store for yourself. Highly recommend!

The low rating given has to do with the time it took to process a store credit card.
My husband and I went to this store this past weekend to purchase baseboards for our home. My husband decided to apply for the store's credit card. We were first helped by a young female staff member that was in the front of the store. The credit card was approved but we needed to receive an email to scan a code to receive a 20% discount. Considering that the total of our check we wanted to get the 20% discount. However, the email would not come in with the code for the discount. The young staff member was approach by another more senior staff member but the email still was not showing up and he had to leave. Then the young female staff member was replaced by another young female staff member that was also in the front of the store. She took over trying to figure out why we didn't receive the email with the code. Almost an hour passed when finally a store manager came to help. The store manager figured
out why the email had not come in and explained to us and the staff member the reason for the email not showing up.
The manager was able to give us the discount and the process was finally completed. Our opinion is that lack of
proper training of young staff members was the main issue for the unnecessarily long wait for the processing of a credit card transaction. Lowe's needs to properly train their young staff so they can efficiently help their customers. Hopefully, this review will inspire Lowe's to create a more effective training program for their employees.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
