  Great experience with the team over at this fuse location. Great selection, options and very competitive pricing. Had a small issue with one item after install and they got a service company out right away, even followed up post service to confirm all went well.

  I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent delivery and installation service I received for my appliances. From the moment they arrived, the team was punctual, organized, and extremely professional. They handled everything with great care, protected all areas of my home, and left everything spotless when they finished. They were also very courteous and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s not easy to find such reliable and thorough service these days, and they truly made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! Arsenio and Josef!

  WORST STORE AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Stay away because they’re incompetent. We ordered a washer / dryer and they sent the wrong one initially. It was old looking and not the same style. Instead of just taking it back, they tried to charge us a restocking fee! They “did us a favor” and waived the the restocking fee. We had to reorder the washer / dryer in the color and style that we wanted, but then guess what?! It didn’t have the proper connections which they failed to tell us. We had to then pay $2000 to a General contractor to fix. They don’t guide you like they state on their website or have any knowledge on their products. The delivery team rushes you & this company is a SCAM. Virginia the store manager is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and uneducated. I wish we listened to the bad reviews. We wanted to support a local business, but BIG MISTAKE! Go to Brandsmart or Best Buy because Fuse Appliances won’t be opened much longer with this terrible service. Take heed to this warning because this company is unethical & the process has been a complete disaster.

  This was an extremely frustrating experience. I worked with Daniel Suniga to purchase 10 appliances, and unfortunately 3 of them arrived damaged. What made the situation worse was how the issue was handled. Instead of acknowledging the problem and taking responsibility, the response felt dismissive and at times shifted blame onto me. That is not the level of customer service I expected, especially with a purchase of this size. Receiving damaged products is already disappointing, but the lack of accountability and clear resolution made it even more frustrating. Based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution and ensure expectations are clearly set upfront regarding how issues will be handled if something arrives damaged.
