    Have you wondered why Lowe’s is always empty and HD is always full? I recently bought 4 folding chairs at this store, my wife didn’t like the color, Manager Poulivan didn’t let me return it because, he said, holidays items were not returnable, items were not used, in HD you don’t even need receipt to return items, not talk about the distance we have to drive to go to this store due to the few amount of Lowe’s stores in Miami

    After an extremely frustrating experience purchasing wood flooring for my new home, I was honestly feeling overwhelmed and disappointed. That completely changed when I was helped by Maverick at the Kendall location (Store 2904). From the very beginning, Maverick showed genuine care, patience, and understanding for my situation. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. What stood out the most was his dedication. Even though the product I needed was out of stock, Maverick went above and beyond, doing everything in his power to try to find a solution. He explored all available options, remained positive, and reassured me throughout the process. His professionalism, empathy, and determination turned what could have been a negative experience into a truly positive one. Because of Maverick’s exceptional customer service, I completely changed my mind about Lowe’s. He restored my confidence in the company and reminded me how impactful great customer service can be. I genuinely hope there are more Mavericks in the store, employees like him are invaluable and make all the difference for customers during stressful moments. Thank you Maverick, YOU ROCK!

    It’s not surprising this location has a two-star rating on Yelp. This was one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve had. I lost a significant amount of money on an unopened item that they continue to sell at full price, yet they refused to accept the return. I would strongly caution anyone purchasing gifts from Lowe’s—if the recipient doesn’t want the item, returning it may be extremely difficult. This experience has completely changed my view of the company, and I will not be shopping at Lowe’s again.

    Horrible! Don’t get anything delivered to your home! I always bought from Home Depot and I wanted to try something new! What a mistake never again! There’s no manager to talk too and I called corporate to get a better solution and it was worst! 4hrs on the phone waiting! Don’t waste your time here! Just go to the store and pick it up yourself!

    I made an online purchase and had to return it because the image on the Lowe's website was mislead and I received a different item, which I had to return. It's been 12 days and I still haven't received my money back in my bank account. That's why more and more people are choosing Home Depot , That's why it doesn't surprise me that Home Depot is always crowded and Lowe's isn't. Lowe's is a disaster.
