I have a commercial account here, I like that’s it’s very organized I shop between Lowe’s and homedepot a lot. I install fences for chain link it’s too expensive wood fence it’s great . Plenty of parking,new theft prevention tag readers hopefully help keep prices down by catching thieves

Went to lowes for the DIY kids workshop and it was nice. They allow walkins with last months project. The aprons for the kids are good quality and they let you take home the goggles. It was uncomfortable to have a lady with her child walking around selling bags of cookies, and the associates should have dismissed her for soliciting their customers. It was nice that the registration table had candy for the kids.

I had a very disappointing experience with Lowe’s customer service regarding a recent return. I attempted to return a product that was unused and in original condition, but was denied due to what I consider an overly strict and unrealistic return policy. The manager was not willing to offer any flexibility or solutions, and the interaction felt dismissive rather than helpful.
For a large retailer that promotes customer satisfaction, I expected better support and problem-solving. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Due to this interaction I will not be purchasing here again.

First time at Lowe’s. Placed order on Dec 03, 2025 for a GE Dishwasher on sale on line to have it delivered, installed and haul away my old dishwasher. Store said delivery estimated time will be December 19, 2025. I accepted thinking by December 24 would be installed. They kept saying in Transit to store. Delayed. On December 28 still no updates no one in the store nor customer service would give me any updates. Called customer service in their website I admit they were helpful in connecting dots but told me there was a shipment coming down on the 3rd of January but couldn’t confirm if my order was being shipped. Cancelled my order and Costco had same dishwasher on sale $100 less ordered it on a Friday and by the next Friday was delivered, installed and my old one disposed of. Very professional serviceman, nice and Knowledgeable. Never again will order from Lowe’s …
