I’m sharing my experience purchasing appliances here to help future customers make an informed decision.
The washer and dryer worked well from the first start-up, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was problematic.
The Miele oven was chosen specifically with a touch-to-open door, but a model with a handle was delivered. The exchange was declined because I signed for the model, although I relied on the salesperson’s recommendation and do not interpret manufacturer model codes. The oven also could not be started without a service visit due to clogged tubes, as confirmed by the technician.
The Miele coffee machine arrived with a stuck coffee container and required service.
The Liebherr refrigerator had manufacturing issues: shelf holes on only one side of the door and warped plastic in the freezer compartment that needs replacement. Four months after purchase, service is still ongoing.
The dishwasher was described as having a 30-minute wash cycle (and even a 15-minute one), but it turned out the short cycle is only a rinse without detergent or drying. Wi-Fi is present, but remote control functionality is not available.
Neither the salesperson (Daniel) nor management was willing to help with an exchange — even with additional payment.
Brand new appliances, latest models, but the condition feels like defective clearance stock sold but at full price. Extremely frustrating experience and overall experience required multiple service calls and follow-ups. I hope this review helps others ask detailed questions and double-check specifications before purchasing.
After the fact
After selling me defective appliances, Daniel contacted me and suggested that I should be “fair” and mention that, to replace the defective and incorrect Miele combi steam oven, he offered a replacement with a 50% additional charge.

The sales process was fine and was pleased with my sales associate who helped me finalize the high end appliances (subzero, wolf) I wanted in my house. However, the pre install appt and actual installation was a hot mess! They initially said my space was suitable for the refrigerator and hood during the pre install appt which was virtual, yet some things were missed and the install team was telling me things couldn’t work. The install team was borderline unprofessional sharing with me personal struggles like back problems, being overworked by the company and unhappy with their hourly pay ! Unbelievable. I would consider another company for high end appliances. And never agree to a virtual pre install appointment. Instead have all your meetings in person to avoid any issues. Ultimately I got my appliances installed but the process was lengthy and painful

Purchased my appliances at Fuse, specialty appliances Daniel my salesperson was great at guiding me in choosing the right appliances for my home. He was a pleasure to work with. Every step of the way has been a great experience from the purchase to the delivery. I’d recommend anyone looking for great appliances and professionals to do business with to come here.

Outstanding service. Daniel was extremely responsive, always calling or messaging back promptly, and handled the entire Sub-Zero fridge delivery process flawlessly. Everything was clear, organized, and on time. I would definitely recommend this agent to anyone looking for top-tier service.
