  Regla was an absolute pleasure. Showed me where my unit was, answered all my questions without me having to even ask. Need more people in customer service with this great spirit.

  No better storage facility and what an excellent management staff! Convenient location, great prices, and a clean quiet facility. Plenty of carts and the staff so helpful gives you cards with your code so you don’t forget them…

  Do not rent at this place. Reserved a parking spot and they would not give me an access code. Said my insurance and registration and license do not match after I paid over $700 for the first 4 months plus insurance. Emailed everything they asked for. Had to call multiple times to main office and local office. The store manager super rude and not very helpful when reading documents, helping customers or answering the phone. Many other storage facilities to choose from in the area and I highly recommend choosing a different one before you get caught in the disaster I got caught in for hours today. What a nightmare!

  It's a five star establishment for the most part but I tend to be particular. I realize that somethings really can't be modified but still.Four stars because I wish there was more lighting. My actual unit is quite dark and the overhead lights from the hallway don't provide enough to read labels on boxes. The parking is tight and limited. Just a heads up in case you're arriving in a large box truck or old school Hummer. The auto shop out front has cars lined up along the only road/path to enter, so just hope no one is driving in as you're driving out (or vice versa). Luckily I've yet to have any problems with this as I'm a 3-point turn superstar haha. I also wish there was a map of the floors to aid in finding the unit. There are numbers with arrows on the walls but I still got turned around on day one. Now for the positives (which greatly outweigh the minuses): Signing up was easy and I like the contactless option. I think the insurance was beyond reasonable and appreciated the different options/prices for coverage.The facility and grounds were very clean and for once I didn't feel the need to sweep and disinfect my unit prior to move-in. Ivonne was great and super helpful. I had stopped in to ask a bunch of questions prior to booking and dealing with her is what helped make it clear that this was the place for me. Plus,the parking area is completely covered so no problem on those rainy days.

  The place is very well organized, and the entire rental process was incredibly straightforward from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained, the facility felt clean and secure, and getting set up took no time at all. Ivonne was especially helpful, she was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Her professionalism really made the experience smooth and stress free.
