The advertised market rates also had little to no correlation to what existing customers were actually being charged, which ultimately pushed us to look elsewhere. Extra Space Storage has been a refreshing change. Allan Lamorena and Jonah Corneau were transparent, professional, and easy to work with from the start. They clearly explained pricing, options, and expectations, and made the entire move-in process smooth and straightforward. We currently have one unit here and fully intend to move additional items, and potentially more units, to this facility. While no storage provider can guarantee there won’t be future increases, we’re hoping that advertised market pricing remains fair for existing customers over time, unlike our prior experience. Highly recommend this location.
