I called the on-site manager, Mr. Cen, and had the most positive experience. I explained my concerns, and he was truly an angel. He adjusted my rate as much as he could, and Iām extremely grateful for his patience and understanding. If you ever experience a price increase, I highly recommend contacting your locationās manager directly rather than calling the 1-800 number.
