- RCRaul CaraballoJan 5, 20261.0They raise their price every 6 months or so. You have a possibility of being locked inside the building because the facility closes at 10pm electronically. The locks on the units are also electronic but if you go after business hours and the battery to your lock is dead then you wasted your trip because it won't get a new battery until the next business day if you call and let them know. The associates are cool. They have about 6 carts for the entire building, possibly 8. Good luck getting them on the weekends during the day. My intro price was around $100 for a 10 x 8. 2 years later, $286. They said their rates adjust to the market yet they still offered low rates to move in. I got out as soon as I could. I will avoid using this company in the future. I ask that the company not add insult to injury by replying to my review. Use them and get out quick before you realize you are paying 1/2 of your car note.
