What is the At Home return policy?

Accepted Answer

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).

Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”.
Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.

While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items.

*we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.

Types of cards:

Physical Gift Cards are available for in-store purchase during checkout in any denomination between $1 - $500. Additional funds can be added to the card in any value up to $500.

E-Gift Cards can be purchased on our websit in any amount between $1 -$500. Additional funds can be added to the card in any value up to $500. Your recipient will receive the electronic Gift Card within 12-24 hours after the order is placed.

We don't offer layaway. You can shop in-store or online. Orders placed online can be picked up from your local store for no fee or shipped to your home.
