Kind, funny, price matched us and was just the most patient, sweetest employee I've ever encountered. His shift ended at 6PM, it was almost 6:45PM by the time we left the store. Never felt rushed or pressed. Definitely coming in and asking for Shane by name

We were told the installers would contact us in a day or two. After a week without a word we went back to Lowe’s spoke to Misty who said she for got to put our order in the queue. The two days later installers called and gave us a two week install date between 3 to 5 pm. Ok, fine. After they missed showing up for the install we called customer service. Was informed the unit we wanted was missing screws, the turn table and the plate. No one contacted us, the installers nor Lowe’s. We went in the next day and spoke to the manager, Mike. We explained the situation but the manager said “sorry I’ll give you a full refund”. He certainly didn’t sound sorry he sounded like he didn’t care. By the lack of service and management we understand why Lowe’s is losing customers and profits.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
