I had to call for questions regarding the unit, and the Extra Space Storage staff was so friendly! I don't remember the name of the woman who answered the phone, but she was so nice and helpful with all of my inquiries. I wish I remembered her name 🥲 The unit i rented was a 10x10 medium unit that is climate controlled. The lock was waiting for me in my unit. It was nice and clean and incredibly accessible. I was able to drive up and use my unit right away and did not have to even enter the office for assistance. The price was incredibly reasonable, as well! Thank you guys for making my moving transition so much more manageable!! I'm incredibly less stressed knowing they have my back.
