I drove an hour and a half to get to this store to buy the item as a gift for my mom for Christmas. When I got home, I realized it was also broken so all three items on their shelf were broken. I called the store back to see if there was any way I could receive a refund due to the broken product without having to drive an hour and a half back to the store and they said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to drive all the way back. I also tried to call the direct customer service line and they told me the same. Do a better job of maintaining your inventory so people don’t drive from all over the state to your store only to find all 3 products that the store claims were left in their inventory were all broken.
