- EOEric Olson1 day ago5.0I lost a wallet in this store a few months back. The head cashier was so kind to write me a handwritten letter to let me know that it had been found. Someone turned it in and all of the money was even still in it. Thank you Lowe’s I appreciate it.

Asked if he could help. I explained what I was looking for. Instead of giving me an aisle number he walked me to 3 different locations and helped me pick out what I was looking for and even walked me back to the front to check out. That is the kind of employee you want working there. His best is camo and I highly recommend if you need help and see him bypass anyone else and go right to Tony.

The day of the appointment I was given a 3 hour window. At the very end of the 3 hour window I received a call that they couldn't make it that day. We were then told that they would call to reschedule 2 days later. In the meantime my order got cancelled by Lowes somehow. I called them and they don't know how it got cancelled. They are telling me to repurchase online now. I went to go purchase another one and the installation price went up by $80 more overnight! Nevermind, I'll go elsewhere. Very disappointed! Follow up in regard to Lowes reply: I did contact them at the web address that they posted and all they said was "sorry" and told me to reorder it. That's when I found out the installation price had gone up by $85.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
