I spoke to Lindsay at BSS, who sounded very helpful and said she would contact me when her schedule allowed. After a couple of weeks, having heard nothing, I called her back and left a message. After leaving multiple messages over the next few weeks, I gave up. All she had to do was send me a text telling me that she wasn't interested in the job, or SOMETHING. Just to be sure I wasn't being unfair, I just called her again before posting this review, and as usual just got her voicemail. I don't know why she blew me off, but my conclusion is that this company is totally unreliable. Fortunately, I did find someone who came over the same day and fixed my shutters.

They have done my whole house a few shutters at a time over the last couple years so that I have been able to "pay as I go" and no minimum order sizes/amount. Their prices were better than any other quotes I originally got and the quality is very high. Lindsey and Chip are good folks! Highly recommend!
