- ARAnthony RobertsAug 20, 20241.0I can’t say anything about anyone personally except the sales. They must have a decent commission. The product I was told would be provided wasn’t. When I tried to cancel due to being sold a product that doesn’t exist they refused only offering more things I already have and will not work for me. As a business owner who deals with a sales team these things happen. But you fix them not try to force someone in to staying if you have no service to offer them. All of my businesses are built around not ripping off customers and helping make right ones who have been. I can say honestly that I was sold a product that doesn’t exist and there is no product they have that will work. I was lied to, I was sold a box that baits rats in to it and then PREVENTS the rats from leaving the box. I have bait boxes I have a lot of them I do not need them. I have snap traps I do not need them, I have glue traps I do not need one. Even when telling them I was lied to they still refuse to cancel the contract. But if I would have called 12 hours ago I’d have been fine. It’s total garbage and really really makes me mad. So mad that yes, I will be reaching out to which ever lawyer we pay currently will help us. Because 100% beyond a doubt I was flat out lied to. And man it makes me mad. So be warned, if a salesman comes to you from this company and sells you something that isn’t real they will absolutely make you pay for it no matter what. So be warned, and use them at your own risk. If you have an issue and it can be resolved by whatever they have then good for you but if lied to you’re screwed, do you really want to take a risk on the spot that the salesman may be telling the truth? Or maybe he’s not? Either way it’s a contract per RIDD.
