  Riley is an absolute grinder! He troubleshooting a 20 year-old machine that we are eventually going to replace, but was able to get it up and running because of the necessity of caring for others with medical emergencies. He was relentless in finding the solution to the problem I was able to get us up and running, so we can provide the medical services to those who need it! I would hold hardly recommend Riley and the Ice Masters company for any of your needs.

  I had an excellent experience with Ice Masters from start to finish. Richard was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right the first time. The quality of the work was top-notch, and you can tell they really take pride in what they do. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding — responsive, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure you’re satisfied.   Thank you, Richard!!! Richard truly got us out of a bind on a very busy Saturday night. It started with a lagoon of water on the floor, and we were convinced it was coming from our ice machine (which we’ve rented and serviced through Ice Masters for years). Richard first tried to troubleshoot with us over the phone, but when the water wouldn’t stop, he actually came out in person — on Valentine’s Day — at 7 PM! As it turned out, the ice machine wasn’t even the issue at all. It was our air conditioner, and Richard diagnosed and remedied the problem on the spot. The coolest part? Ice Masters doesn’t even service air-conditioning — he helped us purely out of kindness and professionalism. We are so grateful for this level of dedication and outstanding service. Real people, caring about customers. Highly recommend!
