It started with a lagoon of water on the floor, and we were convinced it was coming from our ice machine (which we’ve rented and serviced through Ice Masters for years). Richard first tried to troubleshoot with us over the phone, but when the water wouldn’t stop, he actually came out in person — on Valentine’s Day — at 7 PM! As it turned out, the ice machine wasn’t even the issue at all. It was our air conditioner, and Richard diagnosed and remedied the problem on the spot. The coolest part? Ice Masters doesn’t even service air-conditioning — he helped us purely out of kindness and professionalism. We are so grateful for this level of dedication and outstanding service. Real people, caring about customers. Highly recommend!
