Always, and I mean ALWAYS able to talk to a real person for any reason...what a treat in todays world of automated response systems! The installation process was a pleasure, and the crew who completed the installation where top notch. Friendly, helpful, and they genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. Additionally, shortly after my install, I needed to move my filter (for a new outdoor kitchen cabinet configuration change) and that necessitated a longer water supply line. OBTW, IceMasters uses a special anti-microbial line that I couldn't replace at the local Big Box store home supply chain, but not to worry! One phone call, to a real person if I didn't already mention that...and problem solved. "No problem, we will drop off some extra water supply line tubing tomorrow".. next morning, I had my supply line...at no charge (Thank you IceMasters) and I was back in business. In short, this company does it like it should be done...First rate! Couldn't be happier:)
