Online showed me there were packages options. When we got in store we had intended on just purchasing a fridge. Kim greeted us and we explained our situation and we started talking about the packages. She explained how everything worked and walked with us through everything. We had an issue with my lowes credit card and she immediately called the credit card service # and got our problem situated. She had our home delivery setup and showed us how much money we saved by doing so. She did all this while also serving other customers as well. There are not enough words to explain how good of an experience this was. I have never in my life had such great customer service. Her coworker Seth was nice too stepping in to help other customers when she was giving our order detailed attention. We are very very pleased with Marianna Lowes!!!!

Another fine company that has ZERO desire to help people! 3-4 employees standing at customer service desk helping nobody while people stand in line to check themselves out! Go down to the lumber area and same thing! Only 1 register open while 4 employees standing around talking and several people in line to check out! Customer service?? What is that???
