  Richard and Valerie were a fantastic team. Richard provided me with more information about La-Z-Boy’s products than anyone else ever has. He helped me customize the couch that was perfect for my wants and needs. Valerie has such an eye! She came out to my home and took measurements. Not only did she help me pick the best color of leather based on the lighting in the home, but she also incorporated current pieces of furniture with the new pieces I was buying. With the design she created on the computer, she helped me select area rugs that complemented the bedding I selected. We can’t wait till everything comes in and we move in!

  From the minute we walked in the door we felt ‘at home’ with Richard’s warm welcome. He gave us ‘space’ to look around and when we had any questions he was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and friendly. When we finalized our plan, he showed us the fabric options and explained everything from ordering to delivery process. He made our shopping experience most pleasurable. Would highly recommend him and Lay Z Boy at Wesley Chapel. Ed and Linda Lewis

  We purchased a sleeper sofa, two leather recliners and an area rug on Jan 17, 2026. We received our order on March 9th but unfortunately the leather recliners were damaged in transit. We did not accept delivery of the chairs. We have been in constant contact with the General Manager, Doug Popple, and although very pleasant, hasn't been able to provide us with a date of delivery. The chairs appear to be stuck in service. He have been told they replaced the arms (sides of the chairs). Unbelievably it appears that the hold up is now the legs. Doug added us to his email with service, and the response is continually they have been ordered. I could have driven to TN and back to pick up the legs by now! They do not seem to be in any hurry. We are out over $6,000 for these chairs. We have been refunded the $399.99 delivery fee, but that doesn't cover our $6k on the chairs that we haven't received. This type of review appears to be consistent with Lazy Boy service. If you have no issue, life is good, but if you have an issue, it appears that they have no rush to resolve it. I would not suggest you purchase anything from Lazy Boy. This is our first and will be our only purchase, that is, if we ever receive our chairs.
