  Chad installed a new Salt Water System for us. He showed up in which he was very informative and efficient in his install and did a very clean job as well. I would recommend Chad for services from GPS

  Had to replace a pool pump with a newer model. Chad, our installer, is the man! He’s very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about our new pool pump!

  We started using this company 10 years ago buying a pool heater and frankly that went well and the owner Jeremy did the work. BUT over the years as their quality help in the store left it has gone way down hill. It became totally hit and miss on in store visits to check water condition. We actually dropped them for Pool Duck a while back when we needed service. I young man answered the phone and it became obvious he couldn't care less if used them to fix our pool or not. The day of the scheduled repair came and went, so I called this time a lady answered & said she had no record of our service call. Again she was rude and basically implied I was making the entire thing up. Called Pool Duck they were very nice , pool was fixed the next day at a very fair price. Bought a little equipment from Amazon to check water myself and buy all my chemicals from Amazon too, they are way cheaper anyway. I'd been using GPS for convince and their friendly knowledgeable staff, but those people are long gone.

  Just installed a Gulf Stream He 150 pool heater for me great pricing and the installers were excellent highly recommend GpS pools
