Due to a family medical situation we’re unable to empty the storage unit out because we live so far away, but Tim and his team have been amazing and working with us and making sure the unit stays intact and making sure that we are making the correct payment for that. Tim’s professionalism has been top-notch every step of the way and the communication is phenomenal. Thank you and God bless you all.
