After a lot of help from Chase, wound up buying a new chair and very pleased with the purchase. Chase offered several options moving forward and we agreed a new chair was the best plan. Chase spent a lot of time with us and was patient and understanding. Very happy with our purchase and thrilled with the overall experience.

Was dreading shopping for recliners and sofa and expecting it to be a long stressful experience, but that was the furthest from reality.
