  Staff was knowledgeable & friendly. Service also was fast with an appointment - a phone call needed. Prices good. Suggestion: New picture for website - building is orange now. And, clean up area - alot of boxes, etc everywhere. But waiting area picked up thank you.

  My 2017 Chevrolet Silverado had a transmission failure; the transmission completely stopped working. I contacted four transmission repair shops, and finally decided on TRANSCO. I was extremely satisfied with their business ethics and professionalism..Their prices were also reasonable. I am currently very happy with my transmission. My car feels like new. I especially want to thank Alex, Gary, and Riky. I definitely recommend TRANSCO to anyone with transmission problems.

  It was a long wait because of parts but car is doing good. Alex kept us updated. Alex was very friendly and helpful. Gary, the owner super personality. Took time to Talk to me and explain some of the repair. Would recommend them

  I must begin with when you are calling a business answering the phone . This is actually the 2nd time I have called this location also have left a voicemail . The call was answered with great customer service and a customers needs and concerns and just understanding overall. Left a voicemail and the call was returned and that is all a plus . Spoke to the manager Alex’s very kind , professional and passionate and understanding and I spoke to a Ricky also the same very Kind man , listened to the situation sounds very knowledgeable and understanding. Have not got the work done on our truck yet but hopefully that comes out great as there customer service and will let google review know .
