We first went into the showroom in Tampa, and Sam was great at explaining the different sets. We then worked with Felix who was very knowledgeable, went above and beyond to help us pick a playset, and worked to modify it to make it what we wanted! After deciding which set we wanted, Felix was able to have his team come install it within a week. TJ came to install it, and was great! We will definitely work with Felix and his team in the future, and would highly recommend PlayNation!
