All were extremely helpful, courteous, kind and professional. They took my very unattractive tree & made it so pretty!! And left the yard looking clean & neat. - LAL AquiSep 6, 20251.0I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Lack of professionalism on handling new customers. They gave me the estimate and after approval, they were supposed to schedule tree service in 7-14 days. After a month, I had to keep calling to get the service scheduled. Finally, they scheduled the appointment, but guess what!? Nobody showed up… at 5pm I got a text saying that they will reschedule the service to a later date since they were running behind. Waste of my time. I canceled the service. I don’t want to deal with such unprofessional people.

The day comes and nobody shows up. Not one single phone call from this company telling me that they wouldn’t be able to come due to whatever reason. I wasted my whole day waiting. I even called them and nobody picked up the phone. There is no excuse for not at least calling me unless you’re dead or injured to let me know something so I wouldn’t sit around all day waiting. I had a prior appointment that I canceled because I thought this company would show up.
