- MJMariah JonesMar 5, 20261.0Do NOT even use their website to browse or price match, I made the the awful mistake of using their website to see how much it would be to rent a sectional, never finished never went in store, NEVER signed a lease or gave any financial information and I have been called twice a day EVERYDAY for a month because they are telling me that I have a contract for a 65 in TV. What?! They will harass you and try to pressure you into making payments for something you never even purchased. I blocked their number and I still get call after call. I have no idea what to do.

- SCSanDiamond CarterOct 11, 20211.0This store is DEFINITELY AGGRAVATING AFTER arguing with the store manager for taking a unauthorized payment from my card because I’m not enrolled in Ezpay and that’s what the store manager “ prefers “ i Decided to make online payments instead of having to deal with them have two 1year old home sick with Covid along with myself and they consistently BANG on my front door , asked to make partial payment due to my own personal things and they told me no , they rather come get merchandise because I do not want to hold a conversation with nobody at that store. So now the store manager comes and bang on my door daily and atp I feel like I’m being harassed I have Covid I can’t not open my door or leave my house && won’t allow anybody in my home while under these circumstances but I promise I will not get anything else from them

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
