  I placed an order over the phone on Thursday, April 23rd, for sod to be delivered by Friday, May 1st. My order and address were confirmed that same day. Three days before the scheduled delivery, I received a call informing me that my order could not be fulfilled due to my location. This should have been communicated immediately, either the day I placed the order or the day after, not a week later and only days before delivery, especially after I had already hired someone to install the sod. When I expressed this, the owner was rude, dismissive, and invalidated my concern. Instead of taking responsibility for the lack of communication, I was given attitude and told they “have a small staff” and “not enough resources.” That is not the customer’s responsibility. When I reiterated that they should have contacted me right away, I was met with, “Well, do you want to work here.” The unprofessionalism and lack of accountability were unacceptable. Their customer service was rude, unhelpful, and completely disregarded the inconvenience they caused.

  Company wrote down our address wrong so went to wrong address but instead of making it right and having the delivery 30 mins later, they just said we can’t deliver and screwed us over. Basically said things happen and wouldn’t even make it right or deliver next day or even few days later. Just beware they may not actually deliver to you, even if it’s their mistake.
