- CTCurtis TurnerNov 2, 20201.0Okay again, I've tried to correspond via email about a situation where my card number was given over the phone for payment and I was put on easy pay which was great but come to find out my card wasn't ran until the store wanted to run it then no funds available. The funds were available at the time of call and if there was a problem nothing was said and I know there wasn't. Now they're constantly calling my ex and she is out of state with her family. And now y'all are going to her last known address. You need to stop. In the email it was stated where I am at right now and I will rectify everything when I return. The harassing that house will stop. Neither of us are living there. So I am going to ask nicely one more time. If I get another email from the resident of the home about y'all showing up there I will not be to happy nor nice when I return. And also again my bank card was compromised right after that so I don't know what has been going on in the store or whatever. I was lied to the day I got my items. I was told that I could add on any item at anytime.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
